What mobile plans does Zaytuna Mobile offer?

We offer four plans to fit every need and budget:

• Zaytuna Go — $19.99/mo. 50MB of data, unlimited talk & text. Built for kids or light users who mostly call and text.
• Zaytuna Boost — $49.99/mo. Unlimited talk, text & data + 12GB of high-speed uncapped data. After 12GB, ZaytunaMobile may slow data speeds until your next billing cycle.
• Zaytuna Unlimited — $64.99/mo. Unlimited talk, text & data + 22GB of high-speed uncapped data. After 22GB, ZaytunaMobile may slow data speeds until your next billing cycle.
• Zaytuna Community Plan — $35/mo. Unlimited talk and text + 5GB of high-speed uncapped data. After 5GB, ZaytunaMobile may slow data speeds until your next billing cycle.

All plans include nationwide 4G LTE and 5G coverage.

What is the difference between throttled and unlimited data?

High-speed data gives you the fastest speeds available on our network. Once you reach your plan's high-speed limit, your speeds are reduced — or throttled — for the rest of the billing cycle. You are never cut off, and you are never charged extra for going over. Throttled speeds are enough for messaging, email, and light browsing.

If I run out of data, can I upgrade my plan?

Yes — you can upgrade from Zaytuna Boost to Zaytuna Unlimited at any time during your billing cycle.

What if I'm on Zaytuna Unlimited and need more data?

These requests are handled case by case. Email us at support@zaytunamobile.com and we'll look at elevating your plan or upgrading you to higher-speed unlimited.

Will my upgrade take effect immediately?

In most cases yes — your new data will be available right away once the upgrade is processed.

Do I have to wait until my billing cycle ends to upgrade?

No. You can upgrade at any time during your billing cycle.

If I upgrade, will I be charged right away?

Yes. Your account will be adjusted at the time of the upgrade.

Where does Zaytuna Mobile have coverage?

Zaytuna Mobile provides coverage across the entire United States on nationwide 4G LTE and 5G networks. Whether you're in a major metro area or a smaller town, you stay connected. Coverage maps are available upon request — contact us for details specific to your area.

Can I use my plan when travelling internationally?

Our standard plans are designed for domestic US use. If you're planning to travel internationally, reach out to us before your trip to ask about international day passes and roaming options. We'll help you find the best solution so you stay connected abroad without surprises.

What network does Zaytuna Mobile run on?

Zaytuna Mobile operates as an MVNO on a major nationwide carrier network, giving you reliable 4G LTE and 5G coverage across the US. Contact us if you'd like specific network details for your area.

Is Autopay required?

Yes. Autopay enrollment is required to receive the advertised plan pricing. Without Autopay, standard rates apply. Enrolling in Autopay ensures uninterrupted service and locks in your plan rate each billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Additional payment options are coming soon — check back or contact us for the latest information on available payment methods.

Are there any hidden fees?

Advertised pricing does not include applicable taxes or fees, which are calculated at the time of activation. Beyond that, there are no surprise overage charges. If you reach your high-speed data limit, your speeds simply reduce until the next billing cycle — you will never receive an unexpected bill for going over your data.

What happens if my Autopay payment fails?

If a payment fails, we will notify you immediately so you have the opportunity to update your payment method before any service interruption occurs. We recommend keeping your billing information current through your account portal to avoid any gaps in service.

Do I need to buy a phone from Zaytuna Mobile?

No. Zaytuna Mobile is a service plan provider — we do not sell devices. You bring your own phone. As long as your device is unlocked and compatible with our network, you're good to go. This means you keep your current phone and simply switch your service to us.

How do I know if my phone is compatible?

Most modern unlocked GSM devices work with our network. If you're unsure whether your phone is compatible, contact us before signing up and we'll verify compatibility for you. We'd rather confirm upfront than have you run into issues after activating.

Do you offer eSIM?

Yes. eSIM is available on compatible devices. During checkout you can choose between an eSIM activation or a physical SIM card delivered to your address. eSIM allows for instant digital activation with no waiting for shipping.

How do I find my IMEI number?

Your IMEI number is needed to verify device compatibility and complete activation. You can find it in one of three ways:

• Dial *#06# on your phone — your IMEI appears on screen instantly.
• Go to Settings → General → About on iPhone, or Settings → About Phone on Android.
• Check the original box your phone came in — the IMEI is printed on the label.

How long does activation take?

Most activations complete instantly after your order is confirmed. In some cases — particularly with number ports or physical SIM shipments — it may take up to a few hours. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Which devices support eSIM?

How do I manage my account?

You can manage everything through your account portal at portal.zaytunamobile.com. From there you can view your current usage, update your billing details, change your plan, and manage your SIM or eSIM settings.

Can I share my data with other devices?

Yes. Most Zaytuna Mobile plans include mobile hotspot capability, which lets you share your data connection with laptops, tablets, and other devices. The Community Plan also includes free hotspot as part of its included features.

Can I cancel my plan at any time?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time, and your service will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be billed again after cancellation.

What if I want to port my existing number?

We fully support number porting. During checkout or account setup, you'll be prompted to provide your current phone number and carrier details to initiate the port. The process typically happens automatically, but if you run into any issues, our support team is here to help.

What is the Zaytuna Community Plan?

The Zaytuna Community Plan is a $35/mo plan now open to everyone — for a limited time. It includes 5GB of high-speed data (then throttled), unlimited talk and text, and free mobile hotspot. Originally built for nonprofits and mission-driven communities, this plan is now available to all. Dependable service designed with simplicity, transparency, and impact in mind.

How do I sign up for the Community Plan?

You can sign up directly on our Plans page. The Community Plan is currently available to all customers for a limited time. Select "Get Started" on the Community Plan card to begin your enrollment.

How long is the Community Plan available?

This is a limited time offer. Availability and pricing are subject to change. We recommend signing up while the offer is active. If anything changes, current subscribers will be notified in advance.

Where can I submit a community grant or investment proposal?

Is there a customer portal?

Yes. Existing customers can log in to manage their account, view usage, update billing, and more at portal.zaytunamobile.com.

Do you offer international roaming?

Yes. Zaytuna Mobile offers an International Day Pass (IDP) for use while travelling abroad, and a World Connect Advantage package for discounted international calling from within the US.

What is the International Day Pass?

The International Day Pass lets you use your domestic talk, text, and data plan in over 200 countries while travelling, without paying standard roaming rates. It costs $12.00 per day, per line. The daily fee is triggered the first time you use data, voice, or SMS in a supported country and covers the next 24 hours of use. Your data, calls, and texts are drawn from your existing domestic plan allowance.

Are Canada and Mexico included?

If your domestic plan already includes Canada and Mexico at no extra charge, no International Day Pass fee will be triggered when using your phone there.

What is World Connect Advantage?

World Connect Advantage is a $15/month international calling package for customers who regularly call internationally from within the US. It includes:

• Unlimited calling to Canada and Mexico
• Unlimited calling to 90+ additional countries
• Discounted per-minute rates to 170+ more countries

A postpaid plan with unlimited domestic calling is required. Calls to wireless numbers or premium-rate services may cost more. Rates are charged per minute, rounded up to the nearest minute, and are subject to change.

Can background apps trigger the International Day Pass fee?

Yes. Apps running in the background can use data and trigger the daily fee even if you are not actively using your phone. To avoid unexpected charges, turn off cellular data roaming when you are not actively using your service abroad.

How do I add or remove international services?

Contact us at support@zaytunamobile.com to add or remove the International Day Pass or World Connect Advantage. When reaching out about international usage, please have your travel dates, destination countries, and affected phone number ready.

Will international charges always appear on my current bill?

Not always. Because international partners report usage on a delay, charges may occasionally appear on a subsequent billing cycle rather than the cycle during which the travel occurred.
